Clearwater's Trusted HVAC Team
Bluewater Air Systems LLC was established in Clearwater, Florida in 2022 with a clear mission: provide honest, professional HVAC service to homeowners and business owners across Pinellas County and the greater Tampa Bay area.
Operating out of our Clearwater location at 14455 Myerlake Cir., our team of 20 HVAC professionals handles everything from urgent AC repairs on the hottest days of the year to planned installations, scheduled maintenance, and light commercial HVAC projects.
We're licensed by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and hold contractor licenses in both Pinellas County and Hillsborough County. Our A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau reflects the standard we hold ourselves to on every job.
Florida's climate puts real demands on HVAC equipment. We understand those demands, and we're built to meet them — with the right skills, the right equipment, and a straightforward approach to service.
What Drives How We Work
These aren't just talking points. They're the principles that guide every service call, every estimate, and every interaction with our customers.
Community-Focused
We live and work in the communities we serve. That means genuine accountability — your neighbor is your technician.
Honest Pricing
We explain what needs to be done and why before any work begins. No surprise charges, no inflated invoices.
Fast Response
Florida heat doesn't wait. Neither do we. We move quickly on service calls and prioritize emergency situations.
Technical Expertise
Our technicians are trained to diagnose problems accurately, not just replace parts until something works.
Long-Term Thinking
We help customers maintain their systems, not just fix them. A well-maintained system lasts longer and costs less.
Clear Communication
We keep customers informed at every step — what we found, what we recommend, and what it will cost.
